Watch TV and don’t exercise and you’ll get depressed
Good morning readers I am currently between homes and staying at my mother in laws house in Gerrards Cross watching quite a lot of TV and not doing much exercise. That is a recipe for disaster according to Reuters Health – the not exercising bit rather the staying in Gerrards Cross. Unsurprisingly laying around on the couch watching TV without exercise can make you depressed. They obviously haven’t watched Eastenders recently which will depress you even if you are working out three times a day.
